چکیده
Background SARS-CoV-2 infection is a public health problem due to its high contagiousness and mortality. Spectrum of symptoms ranges from no interstitial pneumonia. Patients with rheumatic disease present an increased infectious risk, especially those treated immunosuppressants or biologic therapy. Since the beginning pandemic, risk contagion development complications in these patients has been questioned. Objectives To describe hospitalization prevalence, seroconversion, under follow-up by rheumatology department tertiary hospital. Methods Observational, cross-sectional study conducted phone interview including different diagnosis rhematic diseases. Data about symptoms, hospital admission, serology ELISA (when >15 days evolution), baseline treatment, March 2020 February 2021 were collected. Results Eighty-six diseases positive COVID-19 PCR included (82.35% women) Table 1. Mean age was 49.30 years (16.16).
